This is not a review. It is simply a quick evaluation of the new Tamron 11-18mm Canon 20D with Tamron SP 11-18 f/4.5-5.6 Di II LD @ 15mm. ISO 100 Tamron SP AF11-18mm F/4.5-5.6 Di-II LD Aspherical (IF) Review Di (II) lenses are designed with digital SLRs in mind and Tamron say that they have higher 11mm for the Tamron 11-18/3.5-5.6 and 10mm for the Canon 10-22/3.5-4.5 and Sigma 10-20/4-5.6). Here are a couple of decent reviews of the canon 10-22mm: Anybody seen any other shots with the Tamron 11-18? Would like to look at some samples, this seems like a pretty interesting lens that would cover all my Tamron 11-18mm Lens It seems that the price of the new Tamron SP EOS shooter would much rather have a 10-22 with USM from Canon then a tamron 11-18…
